Lotte World Tower is 555 meters (1,821 feet), and is the tallest building in South Korea and one of the tallest buildings in the world. The tower’s construction took several years and was opened to the public on April 3, 2017.
The tower was designed by the architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, Lotte World Tower has a modern design with a glass facade that tapers as it rises, giving it a distinctive appearance on the Seoul skyline.
The tower is a mixed use development, housing various amenities, including space, offices, luxury residences, a seven-star hotel (Signiel Seoul), an observation deck, and even an aquarium. This has made lt a landmark. At the top of Lotte World Tower is the Seoul Sky Observation Deck, which offers breathtaking views of the city. It is one of the main attractions for visitors.
The tower is often showed with colorful LED lighting displays during special occasions and holidays, adding to its visual appeal.
