The National Rifle Association of Amerika also known as NRA is a gun rights defence based in the US. It was founded on 17 November 1871 by William Conant Church.
Their goal is to promote public safety, law and order, and national defence. To promote hunters safety, and to promote and defend hunting as a shooting sport.
They also donate a lot of money to politicians who support these rights, and therefore they are an important influence on American politics and gun control.
Their logo is a round circle with a red background. There is a shield with the US flag on and then to rifles and an eagle.
